A remittance is required when paying by BACS. Failure to send a remittance will delay processes. Please make sure that if your company requires a purchase order number with the invoice that this is detailed on the booking form.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to alter our published fees, venues or course dates without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel courses at our discretion, in which case liability shall be restricted to refund of any fees paid to us.

Telephone transfers or substitutions cannot be accepted but must be confirmed in writing by email or post.

Course correspondence, confirmation and joining instructions:

All correspondence regarding bookings will be sent to the named booker on the booking form.

Nothing will be sent to individual delegates; it is the responsibility of the booker to pass all information onto the delegate. Please ensure the delegate has been given the joining instructions, which are separate to the booking form. Cards / Certificates will be sent to whoever pays the invoice.

Additional delegate information:

If any delegates have learning difficulties, a disability or dietary needs please give details separately or call the training centre so adequate provisions can be made to ensure the delegate is catered for as necessary and in line with our Equal Opportunities Policy.
